Add Button on Form

    Hello,

    Is there a way of adding a + button beside 3 fields (for example) then
    it will populate another 3 same fields below.

    For example I have 3 fields like:
    child’s name – child’s age – child’s gender – ‘+ button’

    So if I click on the ‘+ button’, I want to see another row below with

    child’s name – child’s age – child’s gender – ‘+ button’

    is that possible somehow?

    There is no such a feature by default, but you can get it using conditional fields.

    This way it works

    3.6 Conditional Fields.
    3.6.1 Add Condition. Using plus (+) button on the upper left hand you can connect specific fields. The following field types are allowed to be used as conditional fields: Simple text, Password, Textarea, Name, Address (Country field- only), Email, Number, Phone, Multiple Choice, Single Choice, Select, PayPal fields (with an exception of the Total field).
    The formula of the conditional fields is the following:
    For the main condition:
    Show/Hide+Field 1+if any/all+of the following match
    For the case(s):
    Field 2+ is/ is not+Value,
    e.g.
    Hide State if all of the following match
    Country is not United States.
