add capability for non admin user

    anybody knows ? please !

    I would also like to know the answer to this question. I have an editor whom I want to rename my media files, but I don’t want to give him admin rights. I’m also using User Role Editor.

    I tried enabling “activate_plugins” but that didn’t work. Please advise.

    Go to Dashboard->Settings->Media File Manager.
    Select user roles and press “Save Changes”.
