Add categories to pages?

    Hey. So I noticed there is no option for this, and i don’t see any plugins for it either.

    I need to add a drop down menu for my site.

    If you see up top it says “tools” and then to the right there is another page, I need that page to be under tool in a drop down menu.

    Any ideas?
