Add Categories/Types To Subscribers Profile

I just installed your plugin, and I must tell its awesome. I tried a few other plugins, but yours is real good. How do I add these so that the subscriber can choose what he likes? Sorry I am new to coding and stuff.

How often would you like to receive the emails:
– every day
– weekly
– monthly

Interests / Type of emails:
– news only
– daily posts
– only the most awesome stuff
– everything

I hope you got what I am wanting to achieve here. I want to give them choices. Thanks in advance.
