add category and product search to full template

  • I want to add product searches and product categories to my full template store page. I want these two ingredients to be just above the products. how can I do that. can anyone help

    Sorry for the late reply. You appear to be using WooCommerce. I recommend you ask in their dedicated support forum where its devs and expert users are in the best position to help you.

    Aren’t those items available as widgets? If the widgets will work for you, what you need is a widget area that would appear above the products. Widget areas are managed by your theme. It’s an unusual location for a widget area, but you could customize your theme to have an additional widget area, then call dynamic_sidebar() from the associated template file where you want the widgets to appear.
