Add Category Post in Static Page

  • Hi all,
    I was searching this forum and google and still couldn’t find a solution. So I need some advises from the experts here.

    First, let me explain a little about the scenario. I use WordPress to create a website. I created a page and set it as “Static Page”. I have also created a “Latest News” category for me to post whatever news or announcement of my site.

    What I wish to do is to combine the “Static Page” and “Latest News” category in frontpage. (Currently only the static page is shown on frontpage). Something like :

    Introduction <– Static Page
    xxxxxx x x xx xxxxxx x x xxxx
    xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx

    Latest News <– Category Title
    Good News for all <– Post Title
    Posted on : 21/04/2007 | By : Aki <– Post Info
    xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx
    xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx <– Posts
    xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx

    Can anyone help me out and explain what should I do to achieve this.
