Add CC Field to Form

I am trying to incentivize end users to use the web form instead of emailing support in order for configured auto-classification and prioritization rules to take effect. When emailing support, end users are able to CC other users to stay informed on the status of the ticket as well avoid sending the same topic to support through multiple tickets. The form does not yet provide a place to CC other users by email address, however, this option is available through the API. Can this be added to the form?
