Add Central bank of Armenia currency agregator because AMD currency dont work

And actually there is one bug which make potentially working gateway work wrong and its Russian central bank. In there there is 100 dram is 20 roubles so when I use dram as default it makes 1 dram and makes it equal to 20 roubles which is as previously said wrong so if you can fix that bug it would be great. Thank you again.
