Add changelog to update emails

    Hello,

    Emails from the plugin looks now like:

    A new version of Mail On Update is available.
    – Installed: 5.1.0, Current: 5.2.1

    A new version of Wordfence Security is available.
    – Installed: 3.6.9, Current: 3.7.2

    A new version of WP CleanFix is available.
    – Installed: 3.0.1, Current: 3.0.2
    “””

    It would be nice if that email could include changelog between versions.
