Add checks if Shipping Name not same with Billing Name

Hi, can yo please add a checks if the order is send to different address so that parcel2go get user data insert on shipping address instead of billing address? currently the address is correct but the Name still pulled from the billing info. should get Name from shipping info when different address is used.
