add clear button the filter for new searches

I added Property listing ERE Shortcode (Archive Property) to homepage and I need to add an “clean” box in the property search filter, for new searches, but I can’t find that option anywhere.

How can I add that “empty or clean” button to the filter?

I also have a problem when navigating the *next page buttons* of the list of properties on the home page, because when I click on, for example: page 2 – The same properties of page 1 continue to appear.
