Add coinhive PoW captcha to login and register pages

I have just published v 1.5.0. You can now enable captcha for login page. Please test. If everything works I will add it for registration and comments too.

tried just now with latest 1.6.0 but no captcha shown.
Also, autostart parameter is not saved when trying to untick it.

Thanks for the info. I fixed the checkbox saving in v 1.6.1.

For you other question: Did you enable captchas for login form it in the settings in the new captcha tab?

Just found that coin-hive is blocked in adblock’s easylist. Maybe having a local copy may bypass this blocking…

Also, I still can login fine even with captcha not showing.
