You can hook into pvc_get_post_views filter hook and format the number using PHP number_format function (https://php.net/manual/en/function.number-format.php) or WP number_format_i18n function (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/number_format_i18n) like this:

function custom_pvc_get_post_views($post_views) {
	$post_views = number_format_i18n($post_views);
	return $post_views;
}
add_filter('pvc_get_post_views', 'custom_pvc_get_post_views');

I suggest that you add this to the options in the plugin, I can imagine that a lot of people would want to have a thousands separator.
