Add comment from Admin backend

I’m figuring out if it’s possible to add comments as an admin to posts from the wp-admin backend.

I don’t see a default option where the admin can add a comment from the backend.

Should I do this using some sort of plugin ?

I don’t want to have users that can add comments from the frontend, so I ripped that already out ??
