Add Conversion tracking Google Analytics code snippet?

This is one of the most brilliant plugin scripts out there! So thrilled to have ran across it. I am having one small issue, though. In order to track Contact Form submittals as conversions, I need to add this to the Google Analytics code snippet:

ga( 'send', 'event', 'Contact Form', 'submit' );

How would I go about doing that, with your plugin? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
