Add Copyright text below footer menu

After looking at the demo site for this theme I cannot find the Miscellaneous settings that it mentions to add in a copyright notice in the footer – see here -> https://prntscr.com/4cwy9s

I’ve tried adding a text box in below the footer menu through the widgets menu but nothing appears on the site.
