Add Currency & Manual Payment

Hi,
I have 2 question :
1. How we can add new currency because no list (IDR/ Indonesian ) currency.
2. How we can add manually payment with Bank Transfer ad we can approve and give the link after manual payment done. I will use local currency
so cant use paypal.Thanks
