Add Custom field only visible for Agents

    Is it possible to have an additional field only vissible to Agents?
    I want to make notes and store them with the tickets..

    Hi – you can use the Advanced Custom Field plugin to create fields that show up only in WP-ADMIN. The PODS and TOOLSET plugins should be able to the same things as well.

    Hi… I will be using the Private notes Add on for this.
