Add custom field to Edit Group page

    I’m looking for a way to add metadata to a group, for example by adding csutom fields to the ‘Edit a Group’ page. I’ve tried the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin but this doesn’t seem to support/recognize Groups.

    Any suggestions?
