Add Custom Fields for outgoing links

  • Hey guys,

    How do you add custom fields for outgoing links?

    This is what I want:

    A link next to “read More” and “comment” and the bottom of my excerpts on the index page.

    I want this link to say “Jump” and have it link to whatever I am discussing in the post.

    Here is an example:

    At uncrate, there is a “buy” link at the foot of every post and each one links to what the post is about. Can I do this with custom fields?

    I don’t know what code to put and where to put it!

    I will simplify my question:

    I want to add a custom field which will always say the same thing, but link out to whatever URL I add to the Custom Field Value.
