Add custom fields to display in table or div's

I created custom fields in my themes functions.php file using action hooks. I have the custom fields displaying on the product page under the SKU, PRICE, ETC
Question: How do I create a custom layout template to have the custom fields display in something visually more appealing? Like wrapping the custom fields in a table and or DIV tags. Where or what files do I edit?
