add custom fields to registration screen

There’s a neat tutorial here: “https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203182373-How-to-add-custom-fields-in-user-registration-on-the-My-Account-page” to add custom fields to the user registration field. However, I would like to be able to add the shipping address fields as well. And I want the state and the country fields to show as items with the same functionality as the state and country fields under “https://mywebsite.com/my-account/edit-address/shipping/”. Could someone help me?
