Hello. I am using WordPress with your great plugin ACF… I want to add Fields in the administrator, and I need them to be displayed, not in the product tab, but in the orders (shop_order). In the ACF configuration when it tells me custom type I place order (ORDER)… >>”Show this field group if…” However, when I go to edit an order to create a new one, they do not appear at the bottom the custom fields. What could this be due to?
    Thks a lot!

  • @dglite This is due to incompatibility with Woocommerce’s HPOS. It looks like they are working on this for version 7, so either you wait or you change the table schema in the settings. I’m waiting for that too!

    ?Hi there!

ACF Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist.

This is due to incompatibility with Woocommerce’s HPOS as shared by @leodefaveri.

In the meantime, go to WooCommerce settings > Advanced > Features, then you can enable compatibility mode and once it has synched your orders back to the legacy format, you can then toggle “WordPress posts storage” as the storage mode, which uses the legacy post names and tables to store your data which is compatible with ACF.

If you need further clarification, please create a ticket using our ?support form and we can look into it further.
