Add custom headers from an android app and check if those exist in wordpress

Hello,
Im wondering if this plugin can help me in what im trying to do:
I would like to know when a visitor is entering my website from my application. For this im thinking to add some custom headers on the WebView my app is using (like this header: “Source”,”MyApp”.)
How i can then check if this header exist with this plugin? should i do it in another way? (using another header field?)
