Add custom HTML Header to theme

I am trying to make my site more uniform and add the header from the rest of my site to my wordpress blog. I’m currently using the LockSmith theme but am open to changing it. What I have is a header image that uses HTML and CSS to provide links to various other pages on the site (hansonstage.com) I am not sure how to go about adding this to wordpress and keeping it functional, as well as having the blog pages displayed as well (preferably below the header).
