Add custom menu item to footer widget

Hi!

The last remaining item on my nav bar is ‘Contact’, which, when clicked opens a Contact form page.

I would like to add this menu item to my footer ‘About’ widget.

How would I go about doing this? Is there a way to add a custom menu item to a footer widget?
