Add custom select options dropdown

You’d basically tweak what we did in the example here: https://givewp.com/documentation/developers/how-to-create-custom-form-fields/ and instead of using a textarea field, swap it out with a select field: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_select.asp just be sure to give it a name attribute.
