Add custom text to stripe form

I am trying to add some text above the credit card form about how secure stripe is. I am using a Legacy Form. I did try using hooks from this page https://givewp.com/documentation/developers/how-to-create-custom-form-fields/ but ran into errors as I think this is only for adding new fields. I want to add a simple message above the CC form.

Any tips or code snippets would be appreciated.
