Add Custom Value “best before / expiration date”

Hey there, I’d like to know if it would be possible to add a custom value to each product (batch) like an expiration date (for fresh products that can spoil).

Specifically, I’d like to append that custom value to a product and have it show up in a monthly stock report, together with all the other information. That way, my customer could get a quick overview of products that are about to spoil and react accordingly.

I’d think that this functionality would be covered by being compatible with either ACF or WooCom.-native product attributes.
