    Hello,
I am making an e-commerce site I would like to figure out how to enter customs duty costs divided by shipping costs. It needs to appear as an item split from shipping costs within the shopping cart.

Also, I would like to understand why some countries like “Corsica” “Northern Ireland” “Livigno” do not appear when I want to split the shipping costs.

    I will stand by,
    thank you

    Hello @elisabetta33,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Duty fees are usually paid by the customer to their authorities so I wasn’t able to find a ready-to-use plugin to achieve this.

If you have some knowledge in PHP, you can create your own custom fee. Here’s a guide that can help you get started: https://woocommerce.com/document/add-a-surcharge-to-cart-and-checkout-uses-fees-api/

Also, I would like to understand why some countries like “Corsica” “Northern Ireland” “Livigno” do not appear when I want to split the shipping costs.

Could please attach more details on this part? Are you splitting the shipping cost via a third-party plugin? Could you also attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
