Add date & time to packing slip

Hi there,

I am using the woocommerce google cloud print plugin to automatically print the packing slip.

The delivery time/date does not appear there and i want to add it via a snippet

Could you tell me which custom fields your plugin uses for the date and time so that i can add them to the printed form?
