    I will be likely purchasing the license for this so hopefully you’re able to help me with this..the other plugins I’ve used for intake forms haven’t worked out so well :(.

    Hello!

    I think is possible with an small css tweak, if you tell me which font you want to use, the url of the image you want to use and the url of your form i can create the css for you =).
