Add div tag to template

Hi.
Two plugins are in trouble.
Post expirator adn WC vendors.

I’m able to us post expirator on my page, but not on vendors page.
So I want to add ‘expirationdatediv’ into vendors, but I couldn’t find how to do it.
This picture would help you to understand me.

Or are there any other ways?
I really need to expire products after 5days automatically.
I couldn’t do anything whole 3 days I really need your help.
