Add div to all tables

Without testing it, you could maybe change line 27 of indiv-tablepress.php from $default_atts['in_div'] = false; to $default_atts['in_div'] = true; to achieve what you are after.

Please, notice that after save options I get an error.
The reason is that url does not exists:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=indivtablepress&notice=success

Before saving:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=tablepress_indiv&notice=success
