Add: domain’s DNS and “Verify the DNS rec

    Hello Team!

    To Authenticate my sender domain to send emails from my email address, I am suposed to do 3 things:

    1. switch to a professonell email adress as provided by my hoster.
    2. Create the provided DNS Records to my Hosting
    3. 3 verify these DNS Records

    So thats what I did and for some reason I cant get it working

    1. I did make this email adress, and I tested it- it seems to be working
    2. and I did create the DNS records, my hoster says they exist and work
    3. I cant verify them. My hoster says they are created and working

    My hosters says there might be a problem, because I am using a German letter in my domain name thats not existing in other languages. my domain is: rabenkr?uter.at so that translates to: xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at

    Is it possible that the DNS records provided by MailPoet dont work, because they use the wrong Domain name? Should the DNS Record use the form: xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at?

    I cant change the DNS record created by MailPoet, I can only copy whats there….

    If its easier I can provide pictures of the DNS Records as shown in my backend or my hoster site. But I cant find a way to include them here….

    PS: I did already try to eliminate the domain name from the DNS record, so its not used double…Just as it was suggested in the Guide, and it didnt work

    Please help me!

    Thanks for getting in touch! Sounds like you’ve done all the steps correctly up until this point.

    When I searched for an account for rabenkr?uter.at there were no results, but there is one for xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at. So, you seem to be on the right track here. Please try this again using xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at to authenticate your domain.
