Add donation button not working with Coupon

Hi,

We are having a problem with adding a donation to a purchase with a coupon on the woocommerce my-selection page. When a coupon has been added to the purchase, the “add donation” button no longer works (making the AJAX call). If you refresh that page, the “add donation” then works. If you remove the Coupon, the “add donation” button does not work. If you refresh that page after removing the coupon, the “add donation” button then works again.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
