Add drag-and-drop Tag

Here is a list of available theme tags.

I know that in that file are all available tags, but I think the list should be updated with additional tags.

My purpose is drag-and-drop, because a lot of themes in the last time use such feature.

So the list was created and will not change forever? I don’t think so.

You would have to open a core bug/enhancement for this i guess.
