Some actions in the pattern manager are using the Site URL get_bloginfo( 'url' ) instead of the Admin URL admin_url() which is causing issues going to a 404. This is more evident when using a different admin url with a framework like https://roots.io/bedrock/ where WordPress is served from a wp/ directory.

    Example actions failing are:

    • “Create New Pattern”
    • “Duplicate” pattern

The edit action is going to the correct url.

5 months later, this still hasn’t been addressed; is there any plan for a release to fix this at all?

My apologies for the lack of update on this. All team members assigned to this project have all been re-assigned to other projects, so the Pattern Manager project is likely to be ended. It just didn’t see the growth required to keep it as a project at WP Engine. I’m sorry about that, and the lack of communication.

Understood, that’s a shame. Thank you for the update.
