Add dynamic fields on runtime

Hi,

I need to add some fields (not field values) on front end. When the user click on “add new element” button, a set of fields should be added, in my scenario it will be between one to twenty fields that user can add.

I checked everywhere but everybody is giving the solution to pre-populate the select menu or add hidden field with some value. In my case it don’t need that.

These fields should be sent to email and also validated.
