The Full Frame Free Theme doesn’t have option of Featured Images Slider And Featured Post Content. If you want you will have to customize it by yourself using a child theme, so that your changes will remain safe even after the update . To know more about child theme please see HERE.
Or If you don’t want to make a child theme you could upgrade to the pro version which has many options like :
i. Featured Post Slider Content,
ii. Featured Page Slider ,
iii. Featured Category Slider and
iv. Featured Image Slider
and much more
