Add/edit event – Not Able to add date/time

Can you elaborate and explain what happens when you add date/time? Do you get an error message? Are you able to save an event? Can you provide a link and more information on what’s happening?

When I add a new event, I can add the title and description. When I scroll down a bit to add the date, I try to click the box where the calendar icon is and nothing happens. It won’t let anything pop up so I can put a date or time.

Ok, thanks for explaining. This particular error is usually a result of a plugin or theme conflict (usually caused by a caching or security plugin)..

To fix this, please try a different theme temporarily such as Twenty Seventee (be sure to save any theme specific settings), or, disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.

Let me know the results.

I will try that but it was working fine until the latest update of this plugin. I don’t add an event often because they are recurring events.

I Figured it out. I was using the html code from the widget maker on the same site and that caused the problem. I used the Event widget and everything is fine now.
