Add/Edit User Password Field no Longer Working

    Hi, we have a site with many members and have lost the ability to add new users or edit the passwords of any users. This is recent, so may be a bug in the latest update? The site is only accessible to approved users, so very important to be able to add new members. Is there a way you can trouble shoot? I can give support a login.

    I can’t reproduce this issue on my side. Could you confirm that this is happening on the backend when you are logged in as an Administrator? If so, can you check if you have all capabilities granted in Members → Roles → Administrator section?

    Perhaps this is some plugin conflict. Please deactivate all your plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate all plugins one by one to see which one causes this issue.

    Thank you, it was another plugin causing the conflict, appreciate your response. On another note, can you please help me find the email sent to new users? I am trying to change the formatting in it, but can not locate.
