Add elements to front page

Hi,

I am constructing a site using the Optimizer theme. I choose it for the nice design and excellent options available. However, I would like to add elements to the front page. In fact, I would like to repeat the existent elements in a flexible order. I noticed the elements order can be rearranged, but how can I for example have a 2nd ‘about’ element a bit further down the page?
