Add Email Consent Checkbox to sign up/login widget

    Hi all,
    I am using the Essential Addons account creation/login form on my site. It’s great, however I would also like to add the option for customers to ‘sign up to our email list.’ Could someone help me with adding this? Link to page with form:

    I can only see ‘enforce terms and conditions.’
