I just installed this plug-in to experiment with it to see if it would work for the non-profit organization’s website I administer.

I am most interested in the email routing feature. Rather than publish 50 or 60 different email addresses on the site, I’d like to create a form that when the visitor chooses their county of residence, the notification email will be sent only to their county’s representative.

I created a dummy form, (in draft, not published) and click Email notifications in the left sidebar, then “Add email notification”. A popup box comes up with space for a subject line and message. But when I click Recipients, Advanced, or either of the other two tabs at the top, nothing comes up but a blank page.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

From your description it seems a JavaScript conflict, can you repeat the process but click on the right button of mouse > inspect > console and take a screenshot in case you are getting a JavaScript error?

The 2nd test will not work, as this client is already low on disk space on their selected server. There’s no room for a clone of the site.

It seems the link you have provided is not public, so that we can not see it.

With regards to the the full plugin and conflict test, you can also perform this on the production site if there are no other options available, please make sure to have the latest backups just in case something goes wrong.
