Add email? to specific person

  • Hello,

    I have created a board where I can describe a problem and a resolution for tickets for work. My company only has about 10 customer service people. When I enter the information in the blog I would like to have a drop down window where I can choose a persons name and an email of the contents would be sent to them. Is there such a feature?
