    @freshground i responded to other ticket. We might need to do a screen share to solve the issue. if you can email info@opentickets.com we’ll set something up

    @freshground – please can you let us know if you’d like us to screen-share with you so we can get to the bottom of your issue

    If we don’t hear back from you we will have to assume the problem has been fixed and mark this ticket “Resolved”
