Add events on the front side

I finally got my calendar working. Now I would like to create a place on the site where you can add events to the calendar without going into the back room or CP.
Is there a way to put a form on a page that will add events to the calendar?

O and one other question. Cause I am new and have no idea. There is a box below this editor box that has Topic Tags and then two check boxes. I understand the Notify me box. But the other check box is “This topic is not a support question”
Do I check that box? I do not understand the definition of “Support Question” For me this is Help on a question about something I do not know so I would think this is support for me..?? I am not trying to be funny I honestly do not understand what this is considered.
