Add existing user as wmployee

When you create a new employee, a new user gets created in the WordPress database. Therefore, the system finds a duplicate user with the same email and revokes you from creating. By default, WordPress doesn’t allow us to create multiple users with the same email.
So you will need to use a different email to create another employee.

Thanks for the information. This limitation means that I need to create 2 emails for the same person, that has extra administration cost. Also, the HR Manager does not appear as an employee. If I set the role “Employee” to an existing user, then he does not appear in the list of employees. Is there another solution?

Your first query was about the employee with a similar email and was related to the WP ERP Core plugin.
I’m afraid the feature you requested, “HR Manager and the cost for the users” is a premium feature of the WP ERP PRO plugin.
