Add exiting media files in wp-content/uploads into db?

Hi,

So I deleted and reinstalled a WP installation database (using a script provided by my hosting service). I left the files in the wp-content directory, so all the media files are still in their appropriate folders. Is there a way or a tool that I can use to have those files re-identified in the database?
